After a major water leak at my property Patryk and the team did a great job helping to rectify our dilemma.
It was a tough time for us as we were dealing with a recent bereavement as well, but Patryk was very kind and helped us find the best solution to our predicament and offered lots of good advice.
The pricing was competitive and the whole process went smoothly. A large part of the house had to be emptied, fittings removed, plaster stripped right back etc and then drying machines were installed at the property for about 2 weeks. It did the trick and the house is dry once again.
I would happily recommend their services to anyone. The whole team were friendly, professional and very trustworthy.
From start to finish the customer service was exceptional with Patryck. Very prompt with his replies to get a date and time in the diary. When Dave came round he was very reassuring, knowledgeable and very good at his job. Told us what our next steps were and reassured us that if we did what he had told us that we wouldnt have any trouble again. The price for the work was great.
